Our organic Εxtra Virgin Οlive Oil is extracted from olives of the “Manaki” variety and it stands out for its aromatic and fruity elements as well as for its golden-green color.  

The quality assurance is one of our main concerns. Thats why right after the harvest and the picking, the olives that are selected to be used for oil are delivered to oil presses that meet high quality standards. 

 

Storing is carried out in stainless steel tanks with nitrogen inject system and in low temperature so that the final product maintains all of its qualities, from the moment of the harvest until it reaches the your table.
